The hotel's location was quite convenient. It was a short walk to many attractions. the staff were always smiling and competent. i liked the efficiency of the housekeeping service. They did a good job.

The check-out procedure felt disorganized. The receptionist couldn't fully explain the charges. i didn't like the lack of air conditioning, even though it was october. i found the room's baroque design a bit too much, with golden ornaments everywhere.
